As a newly hired social media specialist at Hanson Dodge Creative (HDC), Frances Charapata will apply her creative skills to help clients engage their customers and build their brands.

Charapata earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009 and her master’s degree in strategic global communication from Florida International University in 2011. She also holds a copywriting certification from the Miami Ad School and served as an intern for Ogilvy & Mather in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
