For many years, HDC has been helping Trek deliver their buyer's guide to dealers all around the world. But 2010's books were different. Each of these books had a story tell. And a message—"Go by bike."
Solution
In 2010, HDC was responsible for the MTB and Lifestyle catalogs in the USA and for the full international books. Each had all the beautiful mix of lifestyle and product-focused design and photography that have made these Trek books some of the consensus best in the industry. They also took a rich storytelling approach. MTB focused on its Brand Champions and what they thought of each line of bikes and the Lifestyle books concentrated on how bikes are the simple solution to complex problems. The international compilation also included Road bikes and wrapped all of what Trek does beautifully together in one dealer guide.
Results
These multi-award-winning catalogs helped Trek broadcast their most important messages throughout the community and the world. They also drove sales and helped dealers tell a more robust message.
